The R&D department is the core part in our company, with high spirit of devoting themselves to R&D activities. The department employs more than twenty intelligent staff, who are specializing in the line of commodity creation, and are mainly in charge of data collection, design, innovation, etc. Firstly, collect the products data from market in order to know consumers' demand. Then, handle and analyze the data. Later, they will cast a new mould as per market demands and make a trial production.
